Project Coordinator Consumer Protection (f|m|d)

You develop and conduct independently small to medium-sized consumer protection projects for the “service and infrastructure tests” (mobility, tourism, health and home). You prepare and coordinate tests with external service providers, experts and internal partners. In addition, create and hold kick-off and result presentations and prepare the test results for internal and external media. You take over, coordinate and work independently defined project tasks within large consumer protection projects. You ensure compliance with the quality requirements according to ISO 9001 throughout the project workflow. You also place all data collected in the field responsible, check the evaluations qualitatively and check texts, tables and graphics before publication to ensure quality assurance according to ISO 9001. You answer readers' notes on different mobility issues independently and play an important role as a voice of ADAC in direct exchange with members and non-members.

You ideally have completed university studies, as an alternative to a commercial training and/or multiannual experience in carrying out complex projects. Ideally, you have extensive market research knowledge and expertise in test methodology and statistics. We require a secure handling of MS-Office, especially Excel. You have a strong interest in the field of mobility, a great affinity to numbers and are happy to work in complex projects. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. An independent, careful and conscientious procedure is of course for you. Analytical thinking, a high degree of reliability, team skills and motivation are what you distinguish.
