For our day-care facilities in Schleswig we are looking for a dedicated 10.08.2026

(m/w/d)

in parttime with 19.5 hours per week. The body is limited to two years and a subsequent permanent takeover is provided.

Your tasks

Occupation & assistance: They support the implementation of the day-care concept and accompany adult people with multiple disabilities in everyday pedagogy. By means of appropriate assistance, you promote the individual development, self-employment and social participation of the supervised persons.

Promotion planning & documentation: They contribute to individual support planning and to support care measures. Development processes observe and document you carefully and actively contribute your findings to the further development of the funding offerings.

Cooperation: They work in an interdisciplinary team and cooperate closely with colleagues and other professionals to jointly develop tailor-made support and support measures.

Free time support & participation: They accompany leisure trips and support the carers in active participation in community activities. Promote social contacts, personal experiences and social participation.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed training as an educatorin, curative teacherin, curative caregiver*in, nursing staff or a comparable qualification and bring experience in the pedagogical assistance of people with disabilities.

Empathy:It brings joy to the accompaniment of people, you can feel into these and their lives and want to contribute to participation and diversity of people with different disabilities in society.
