You advise, support and accompany the families on their way to a self-responsible life and education. You help structuring everyday life and learning life-structural skills, such as budget management, financial management or the organization of your own life environment. With empathic conversations and clear structure, you accompany conflict and crisis situations. You are responsible for linking children to development-promoting facilities and supporting parents in health care for their children. You develop individual help plans in cooperation with parents, youth offices and other cooperation partners:inside and implement them. You document the support process, reflect progress and actively engage in team and case meetings. Protection of child welfare In the case of child welfare, special consideration is given to the protection order. In addition to the legal requirements of the SGB VIII and the Federal Child Protection Act, the protection of children has top priority.

A completed training or study in the pedagogical field, e.g. educators:in, youth and home educators:in, nurses;in, social education, social work or medical education. Joy in working with children, young people and young adults in challenging situations of life. Empathy, loadability and the ability to act flexibly and solution-oriented. Want to introduce new ideas in a dedicated team and move something together. Willingness to work in shiftwork, even at night and at weekends, because the care takes place around the clock.
