In the field of technical operations, you are primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical installations in the service building of the main administration of Leipzig. This includes co-responsibility for the operation, maintenance, testing and maintenance of the plants including their operational safety. You operate and parameterize the central building control technology. You supervise and accompany external personnel, independently supervise the commercial handling of external orders and create and maintain maintenance and service documents. You are involved in the consultation and cooperation of projects in the field of electrical and GLT as well as in the modification, extension and installation of technical installations.

You have completed electrotechnical training. You have well-founded expertise in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. medium/lowering switchgear, replacement power supply systems, lighting systems, flash and overvoltage protection systems, BMA). You have good knowledge of building automation and its control. You have as much as possible two-year and up-to-date professional experience in these areas. You are fully ready to work on time and to take on occasional services on weekends. You have good knowledge of standard software (e.g. MS Office, Outlook). You possess team capacity, work service-oriented and engaged and perform safely and bindingly. Continuous training in your area of work is self-evident.
