We are an independent, owner-managed real estate investment company specializing in national specialist markets with food markets as anchor tenants. Our customers are German and international institutional and semi-institutional investors (e.g. pension funds, insurers). We offer the entire value chain of the property for our investors. These include procurement strategies, acquisition testing, business plan with scenario analysis, purchase, administration, restructuring, and continuous inventory optimization including sale. Since its founding in 2014, we have built up a portfolio of over 1 billion euros.

Support in creating reports for our investors independent processing and finalization of Power Point presentations Creating and combining evaluations with the help of our computer programs Close coordination with colleagues from portfolio management and other departments (including controlling and ESG (sustainability management)

Commercial training At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar function Secure handling of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Good communication skills, readiness for services and team players Very good knowledge of German in word and writing at least 32 hours/week
