Number: MER0003XQ9 The Global Mobility department is responsible for the staffing of employees in international use. In doing so, it ensures governance among international employees, in particular with regard to legal, financial and tax aspects. If you like international projects and enjoy a wide range of topics around international HR management and you want to apply your already acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, work with experienced colleagues and introduce your own ideas, we look forward to your application! An exciting and varied internship with the focus on communication awaits you, where you are responsible for individual projects and thematic areas. These challenges include: The support of our communication platforms in the company's internal social intranet for the various target groups of the Global Mobility Management (Business, Assignees, Human Resources) Creating attractive communication elements (e.g. presentations or emails) - Your ideas are welcome! Management of existing GMM knowledge platforms (e.g. questions, updates) The planning and control of our area communication to the Assignees, in HR and specialist areas together with all the players involved Implementation of area communication via the shipping of standardized emails from MB AG Tool The implementation of different data protection measures resulting from the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation The activity can begin from March 2026.

You complete a degree with focus on human resources management, communication (e.g. economics, psychology, sociology, BWL, VWL) or comparable You like to work on communication tasks and bring creative ideas together You enjoy working on innovative topics, in an international and diverse environment in the team You have a good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are not more than three semesters outside the regular period of your course You are immatriculated throughout the entire employment period
