Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen You carry out electrical, mechanical and physical fault analyses on semiconductors and sensors and plan and modify independently test procedures for the localization of defects on the component plane. You define the type, extent and execution of experiments and implement them. You will also use a variety of analysis equipment in the context of error analysis. You perform error-image-related data analyses and derive error analysis steps according to requirements. In addition, under laboratory conditions, you create error image-specific measurement setups for error reproduction and stimulation. You work closely with other departments (e.g. development and production areas) as part of the fault analysis and fault deposition process. You document analysis results in leading IT tools (e.g. SAP, DACHS) and create customer reports. In individual cases, You build the required analysis and fair equipment (small measuring aids, controls, etc.) to carry out the analysis. However, you must also commission them. You work independently according to the targets in the department. The quality of the analysis must be taken into account.
