You plan the needs-oriented and future-oriented equipment of school spaces at general education schools - also for non-industrial offers such as school child care, school placement, school social work, among others in the course of reconstruction measures in school buildings. Conducting and preparing award procedures for the delivery of school equipment is one of your further tasks. You take over the organization, monitoring progress and accounting of security checks of school equipment and work equipment.

You have one of the following qualifications: career skills for middle non-technical administration, a completed vocational training as an administrative specialist or completed comparable administrative training or employee examination I, a completed commercial vocational training, a completed vocational training as a lawyer or tax specialist; or a completed vocational training in construction or technical/ crafts and already have professional experience in public administration.
