Your tasks You accompany and control the entire process of network connections – from the first customer request to the technical planning to the production of the connection. You are responsible for changes to existing connections and ensure smooth implementation. Coordination and coordination with internal specialist departments, external partners and customers is one of their tasks. Taking into account technical standards and legal requirements, ensure compliance with quality standards. You support the optimization of processes, develop technical solutions and take on further exciting special tasks. Your profile Training: You have a completed electrotechnical training as well as a training as a network or electromaster*in or Electrical technicians or a comparable qualification. Experience: You have gained first practical experience in handling SAP modules and are well familiar with the processes around network connections. Knowledge: You have a valid class B licence. About the department The connection support is at the very beginning like the A. We accompany our customers from the first request to the production of the network connection. We take care of everything: from the classic connection for Häuslebauer with heat pump, PV system and E charging column to complex special connections for industrial customers. Externally we are the contact person for customers and specialist companies – internally we are driving the connections together with other specialist areas with a lot of passion. We prefer personal cooperation in the office in order to make voting efficiently and directly. At the same time, home office is possible – thanks to our digital infrastructure, cooperation also works remotely smoothly.
