Projektmitarbeiter Technical Facility Management (m/w/d) Reference number: 403437 Main tasks: Documentation and testing of building-technical installations in the context of object acquisition Data acquisition and processing for integration into the CAFM system Other tasks: Planning, control and implementation of projects in building management Creation of operational, maintenance and testing plans Support in the transfer of objects to the control operation Ensuring the fulfilment of the contract and the maintenance of existing contractual relations Responsibility for the implementation of projects from the planning phase to the transfer to the object management Contact persons and planning partners for our customers Our branch is located in Hanover or Hamburg with operations in the Nord region. Complete technical training in the field of building technology or a completed study of utility technology, engineering or facility management Multiannual practical experience in technical facility management or in the field of building technology Organisational skills and pronounced technical affinity Safe handling of current MS Office applications Willingness to support the Nord region (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Niedersachsen and Bremen)
