For many years, we have been offering optimal and efficient logistics services for our Arvato Media customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialist (m/w/x) in customer care for the toy delivery of our Verl facility.

The focus of your activity is the support of the specialist trade (toy markets, SB retail) You process the order preparation and control, shipment optimization and tracking as well as the complaints and are responsible for the clarification of the client's general customer requests You create booking documents in our business-specific IT systems You communicate with the dealers/customers, employees of the client and the field service

Corporate and engaged Personality with completed commercial training, e.g. office businessman (m/w/x) or industrial businessman (m/w/x) and ideally first professional experience in customer support Safe in handling MS Office and good IT skills Good English and very good German knowledge in word and writing A binding occurrence, structured functioning, good self-organization, care and high customer orientation
