Projektmanager (m/w/d)

With your 7 colleagues in the Risk Management/Projection Department, you are also responsible for the further development of the company models for life and health insurance along the changing internal and external framework conditions. You carry out the actuary calculations for Solvency II, Asset Liability Management analyses as well as corporate planning. Insurance rates, asset classes, management rules, etc. you implement Prophet in the projection software and apply the models in your analyses and calculations. Depending on the focus of the task, you use the industry simulation model (BSM) for life insurance or the inflation-neutral assessment method (INBV) for health insurance to generate the risk-oriented metrics under Solvency II. You support Bafin, the Management Board, the Insurance Mathematical Function (VmF), the Responsible Aktuar (VA) and other bodies in reporting. After you have been incorporated, you represent the interests of the LVM in academic topics within the framework of working groups (e.g. GDV or DAV) to the outside and the market.

You have a completed study of (economic)mathematics, business informatics or a comparable discipline. Ideally, you already have professional experience in personal insurance, are Actuar/in DAV and have practical experience in the programming of mathematical models (Prophet, VBA, Python) or bring the willingness to the appropriate training. Your pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking and high problem solving capability will enable you to grasp complex facts and to develop solutions that meet your needs independently. You are characterized by communication strength and team skills. A high level of commitment, self-employment, safe occurrence and willingness to take responsibility also belongs to your strengths. The willingness to face new challenges, to identify and manage opportunities and risks from changes and to drive innovations completes your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
