CITO (lat. for fast, fast) is the self-developed Business Process Engine, which provides financial information technology in the modular process and a low code approach for short-term processes for all strategic frontends of the Sparkassen financial group. CITO conceptualizes and configures banking processes within a few weeks from idea to publication. We are not specializing in a particular topic, but are supporting quickly and easily where we are needed. The product portfolio now includes more than 500 productive digital services with several hundred million transactions per year. We design solutions from the first technical idea to sustainable development and take responsibility over the entire product life cycle.

Analysis of banking business processes and identification of automation and digitization potentials Development of technical target images, technical concepts and solution strategies together with clients Technical control of the implementation and coordination of internal and external participants Planning and moderation of workshops and specialist regulations Quality assurance, test coordination and monitoring of acceptances Continuous coordination with clients over the entire product life cycle

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification At least six years of professional experience in business analysis, project management or digitalization of business processes – ideally in financial services or banking environment Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and joy in transferring complex technical requirements into sustainable solutions Experience in the design and optimization of digital business processes and ideally knowledge in business process management, requirements engineering and agile working methods Safe appearance, pronounced communication and moderation skills as well as joy in cooperation with different stakeholders High self-responsibility, structured operation, load-bearing capacity and readiness for occasional service trips and continuous professional development
