So we make people and businesses ready for tomorrow. As an employee seminar service (w/m/d), you are a contact person for participants, trainers and external and internal customers. Yours? As an employee*in seminar service, you are responsible for the reception activities (including telephone and post processing). You will take care of the information provided for participants. In your area of responsibility there are preparation and follow-up of the seminar rooms, as well as beverage service in the seminar rooms, service in the break zones and care of the seminar equipment. You are responsible for ordering and coordinating seminar documents, consumables and catering. Your tasks include room planning, coordination of external and internal rentals including Offer creation. The scanning, or forwarding of the seminar evaluation, output and evaluation of the attendance lists and food brands is also part of your tasks.
