Your tasks

Proactive, trusted advice and support of employees and executives within a defined area of responsibility in all labour, personal and salaried issues Development and implementation of individual solutions for the establishment, design and termination of employment relationships (disclaimer, payment development, dismissal, termination, cancellation contract etc.) Evaluation of HR key figures to support data-based decisions and deriving appropriate measures in coordination with HR managers Participation in strategic personnel development planning to ensure targeted employee development Application of labour law requirements, in particular verification of compliance with contractual, business and individual regulations Participation in the further development of location-related HR processes in close cooperation with the HR team

Your profile

Complete studies in the field of human resources management, labour law or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a comparable HR function, preferably in an industrial company with an international orientation Knowledge of labour law, in particular in collective bargaining, business and individual regulations Safe handling of MS Office as well as ideal experience in using Workday and Tisoware High self-initiative, strong self-responsibility and a sovereign, convincing occurrence Empathy, communication strength and negotiation skills Structured, reliable and team-oriented operation with clear solution orientation German and good knowledge of English readiness to carry out an administrative reliability check according to § 7 LuftSiG (is initiated by the company)

Your profile

• Complete studies in the field of human resources management, labour law or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable HR function, preferably in an industrial company with international orientation
• Foundation knowledge of labour law, in particular in collective agreements, business and individual regulations
• Safe handling of MS Office as well as ideal experience in using Workday and Tisoware
• High self-initiative, strong self-responsibility and a sovereign, convincing occurrence
• Empathy, communication strength and negotiation skills
• Structured, reliable and team-oriented working with clear solution orientation
• German and good English skills
• Willingness to carry out an administrative reliability check according to § 7 LuftSiG (initiated by the company)
