Requirements Analysis and Creation of IT Concepts (Pflichtenhefte) incl. Interfaces Consulting internal and external customers with regard to the respective application as a system user Environmental analysis and presentation of impacts on other processes and systems Management of IT service providers (development/3rd-level support): Coordination and management of development to operational implementation (rollout) Planning and implementation of test scenarios Application management (maintenance, update, customizing) of warehouse management software Providing solution competence in the field of 2nd level support Creation and maintenance of technical application documentation

Complete training or studies in the field of information technology (economic/informatics), as an alternative in the field of logistics with high IT and process affinity Experience in the creation of specifications/plies and in project management e.g. by subproject management Professional experience in a comparable position (IT coordinator, IT business analyst, process analyst or the like) Embossed Analytical/Conceptual Skills Strong customer and service orientation and proven control competence Cross-disciplinary action and thinking Experience in the field of test/system development (active or passive) Knowledge in databases and EDI conversations, preferably Oracle, SQL, EDIFACT, SAP iDocs etc.
