Projektmanager (m/w/d)

for our location in Tübingen. Take responsibility and shape the future.

Own-responsible implementation of the monthly wage and salary billing in compliance with all tax, social insurance and labour law requirements Care and advice of the branch offices as well as contact persons for executives and employees in all questions relevant to wages and salary Care and management of personnel master files as well as examination of working time, absence and absence data Compilation and processing of reporting, reporting and certification as well as correspondence with authorities, health insurance and social security institutions Administrative settlement of entrances, exits and internal transfers Participation in the continuous optimization and digitization of the processes in wage and salary accounting

You have a commercial training, ideally a wage and salary accountant, a tax specialist or a comparable qualification in the field of pay accounting. You bring experience in wage billing and salary billing as well as ideally in personnel handling. You work structured, carefully and responsibly and always treat confidential data discreetly. You convince by your communication skills, your pleasure in working with people as well as a service-oriented working method. You are a dedicated team player, are happy to work with colleagues and support constructive cooperation. You are confident in handling MS Office and ideally familiar with wage billing or HR software (Loga). You have good knowledge of pay tax and social security law
