Junior Sales Manager - Austria (m/f/d)

You support our management in the care, control and further development of our Austrian branches and gain a comprehensive insight into the operational sales work. You actively participate in the achievement of our sales, earnings and KPI targets, analyze relevant key figures and jointly manage appropriate sales measures with the local management. You accompany our daily operations and support them in the management, deployment planning and development of their teams. Together with the branch teams, You ensure the consistent implementation of our sales, service and business standards and identify potentials for continuous improvement. You are close to the event and actively support our branches on the sales area for human bottlenecks. Your enthusiasm for the sale and a strong sense for our customers. You observe market, customer and competition developments and introduce your ideas to continuously develop our sales activities. You work closely with the field management, our branch teams and relevant internal interfaces and increasingly take over their own tasks and areas of responsibility.

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring together first professional experience in sales, sales, retail, account management or customer service and want to further develop your experience in the branch business. First experiences in the management, coordination or development of employees are advantageous. Your motivation to take responsibility and develop in this area is crucial for us. You have a strong understanding of sales and joy in analyzing key figures, identifying potentials and deriving concrete measures from them. You think entrepreneurial, act solution-oriented and have a good sense for customers, employees and economic relationships. You convince by a safe and sympathetic appearance, communication strength and the ability to inspire people for common goals. You work on their own initiative, reliable and structured and pack up where your support is needed. You are flexible, eager to travel and enjoy getting to know and develop different branches and teams across Austria. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a class B licence.

A safe workplace in parttime or full-time Collective contract basic remuneration: 2.879,00,- € gross/month on a full-time basis if the conditions for classification in F/ Level 1. The actual payment depends on the respective qualification or professional experience. There is a willingness to overpayment.
