Product Strategy Electronics: You develop and implement the product strategy in the fields of electronics and digital products in close coordination with the respective product areas. Resource and investment planning: You actively participate in the development department's capacity, resource and investment planning to ensure optimal project implementation. International cooperation: You participate in international forums and you vote across locations and countries.

Studies: You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification. Product development: You bring several years of experience in the development of mobile working machines, ideally in agricultural or construction engineering. Leadership experience: You have preferably already gained experience in a leading position. Language skills: You have very good English knowledge in word and writing.
