Social education (w/m/d) as group management Social and psychological services support children, young people and families with advice and tailor-made help in various ways Life situations. Work at Radolfzell and Singen sites around 70 employees in four areas: children and Youth aid, nursing children/adoptional mediation, psychological Advice as well as the newly established specialist service integration aid. The Integrating assistance helps children and Young people with (sea) disability according to SGB VIII and their Families. For the group management we are looking for 1 July 2026 Social pedagogue (w/m/d). Your duties with us: guide and control: They lead the team, practice the specialist and oversight and provide the smooth service Sure. Case responsibility: They advise in cases of youth assistance and Integrating assistance and making decisions on appropriate and necessary assistance according to SGB VIII. Quality and legal certainty: They ensure the technical and legal standards in Individual cases (in integration aid, child protection and Aid for education/help for young full-years) and secure the Implementation of quality requirements. Work and networking: They represent the team or Unit in bodies and working groups. Strategy and further development: They support the Head of Unit in the conceptual development of the department. The bring you with: Qualification: completed study of Social education, social work or comparable Qualification. Experience and knowledge: Ideally first Leadership experience and experience in project and network work. They are safe in handling the current MS Office applications. Personal strengths: team skills, communication skills and Responsibility. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation. Mobility: driving licence and willingness to use your car for reimbursement.
