Your new job at a glance In order to keep our buildings and outer surfaces in focus and the day of the site running smoothly, you will bring your craftsmanship and your view for the practical one. Among other things, the following tasks await you: Smaller handcrafted repairs on windows, doors, gates and locks can be carried by yourself At regular building tours, you will recognize the need for action and report technical disturbances. You tune further repairs with in-house technology and external specialist companies, get offers and coordinate the operations Maintaining our outer surfaces, terraces and plants is one of your tasks as well as seasonal work on and off, and supporting the winter service at the entrances Counter readings are recorded and documented by you. In addition, you organize waste disposal and, if necessary, support the wastewater treatment plant in representation Consumables, beverages, hygiene articles, work equipment and protective clothing keep you in mind: You check stocks, keep up and maintain storage and distribution With the acceptance and internal distribution of parcels and documents as well as messenger and utilities, you support the processes between our locations You also take care of the maintenance of our company vehicles and the coordination of necessary workshop trips In the case of internal moves and the preparation of corporate events, you will join the teams

You have completed a craft training and ideally you have already gained practical experience in master or building services Handicraft skills and a good understanding of practical and technical relationships help you with the daily tasks Self-contained, structured and reliable, you will address your tasks, focus on changing requirements and find pragmatic solutions In the team you work together collegially and go to the concerns of colleagues and external service providers friendly and service-oriented Good knowledge of German in word and writing allows you to secure communication in the team and reliable documentation of your work Basic PC identifiers as well as handling Outlook and Excel facilitate communication, orders and counter documentation A driving licence of class B is helpful for the planned messenger, location and workshop trips
