As an assistant of the Management / Executive Coordinator, you are working at our Head Office at the Hamburger Externalalster and work very closely with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Owner. We would like to give you the following tasks: They prioritize content and ensure a smooth flow of information. They take care of the structuring of chronological processes, compliance with timely implementations and support the Executive Assistant to CEO & Owner in the appointment coordination. For effective decision making, prepare topics and projects accordingly. They support the communication between management and specialist departments as well as other stakeholders. They take part in meetings and take over the protocol.

They bring a completed study of economics in the field of management or comparable discipline. They have professional experience in a comparable position or possess project management skills. Their working methods are characterized by their analytical and conceptual capabilities to set priorities in a dynamic environment. They have pronounced communication skills in German and English in word and writing. Integrity, discretion and team capacity complete your profile.
