Appelhans Immobilienmakler GmbH is one of the largest real estate agents in Osnabrück, in the entire district of Osnabrück and in Münster and Bielefeld. We stand for honest, transparent and successful real estate agency and accompany several hundred real estate transactions every year. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a accountant (m/w/d) that reliably maps our financial and real estate processes, creates evaluations and supports cooperation with banks, tax advisors and management.

Booking of all business incidents (experience with DATEV advantageous) Creation of evaluations for real estate projects and business branches Preparation of reports and analyses for management Contact and coordination with banks and our tax advisor Close cooperation with the management to ensure smooth financial processes Maintenance and control of financial data in the system

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in accounting, ideally in real estate or service Safe handling of accounting software (DATEV of advantage) Analytical thinking and structured working Teamability, sense of responsibility and reliability
