IT auditor for corporate auditing (m/f/d)

As an IT supervisor, you are responsible for auditing data, applications, systems and business processes in the context of information security, IT management and IT organization.

Its area of responsibility includes identifying potential for improvement in IT security, as well as testing-related analysis of risks in complex IT and OT environments, as well as a deep level at the technical source as required. In addition, you will examine key IT migration and transformation projects of our audit partners and make an important contribution to the digital resilience of the Stadtwerke Köln-Group.

You have the pleasure of working on new topics, exchange your team and help develop our digital audits (such as data analysis, continuous auditing). You convince the examiners in dialogue with solution-oriented approaches. In addition to the audit report, you also have the responsibility of combining and following improvements. In addition, you can support the specialist areas with your technical and methodological expertise.

You have a completed degree (Master or Bachelor) in a relevant subject such as computer science, business informatics or business administration with IT focus and have already been able to gain relevant professional experience for several years.

You have the willingness to take advantage of previous operational IT experience during the takeover of a testing and thus strategically design role. the curiosity and the claim to immerse yourself in changing technical topics as a previous IT auditor.

In addition, knowledge of relevant IT security standards and frameworks (such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27000, BSI C5, OWASP TOP 10) and the ability to present complex technical issues in an address-oriented and comprehensible manner are important.

You already have a basic understanding of regulatory requirements (such as KRITIS, NIS-2, CRA) and have basic knowledge of data analysis methods (e.g. with Python, SQL or specialised audit software) and revision software.

Their interest in further education, in particular in the direction of (IT) auditing (e.g. CISA, CISM or CIA, rounds off their profile.
