As Group Manager Service Operations (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a group leader service operations, you take over the operational management of the service teams to guarantee the highest customer satisfaction and reach the service KPIs. Your responsibility lies in the implementation of innovative service strategies that meet both the company's goals and take into account the management board's requirements. With the leadership of technical support as well as the promotion of cross-site cooperations with international service partners, service areas and hubs You are sure that the highest quality of service is guaranteed. Continue the business plan for the service business, including annual budgeting and resource planning for the filling machines. Successfully completed technical studies with long-term industry and service experience, ideally in the project business with special facilities. Excellent communication skills and excellent English skills. Strong problem-solving competence, high implementation strength and organisational skills.
