Senior Data Expert & Data Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

You accompany our group on the way to a data-driven organization and implement the data governance structures in the departments. In doing so, you can perceive their roles and responsibilities (e.g. role understanding, data catalog maintenance, data quality). You support the departments in the analysis of their data, identify relationships and record data silos. You design, develop and operate consistent ETL/ELT pipelines for the processing and provision of relevant data – which form the basis for future AI structures, Agentic AI and the development and development of digital-twin applications for data-driven imaging and analysis of real processes and systems. You continuously develop our Data Warehouses, integrierst new data sources and create meaningful dashboards. With your technical know-how and innovative ideas, you increase the efficiency of the entire company and promote data-based decision-making processes. You bring a strong sense of digital solutions and critically question existing processes to optimize them in a sustainable manner.

You have well-founded knowledge and professional experience as a data engineer or data analyst in the operation of stable ETL pipelines, data warehouse solutions and data analytic tools – ideally with MS SQL, Talend, QlikSense or comparable tools. You can understand complex technical issues to different stakeholders. The safe handling of object-oriented programming languages, big data technologies, cloud platforms, APIs as well as different data formats is your everyday work. You are passionate about modern technologies, you are happy to work in the team and convince by creativity, analytical thinking and strong communication. You like to work in new tools and systems and see changes as a chance of further development. With passion and your open way, you are driving forward the establishment and further development of data governance in the company. You have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level (certificate or mother tongue).
