For the Facility Management business unit in an object management team in the field of commercial and other properties at the working area of Freiburg, the Directorate Freiburg is looking for: Projektmanager (m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 10 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 10 BBesG, ID: FRFM2114, Stellen‐ID 1333401) The setting is terminated. The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Management and management of the respective associated properties Completion and contract management of lease, lease, use and funeral contracts Implementation of awards by VOB/A and UVgO Control of the economic viability of the properties including Budget management Action-related control of construction and operational management Perception of the position of BImA as owner Area and void level management Legal Affairs settlement of damages Preparation of the acquisition of other commercial properties and charges in the case of sale

Qualification: completed (special) Higher Education (Bachelor or Diploma with as good result as possible), preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Real Estate Administration, Industrial Engineering, Financial Economics or Comparative Qualification Competences: as practical experience or sound knowledge as possible in real estate / property management sound knowledge and practical experience in the use of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge in SAP ERP 6.0 is desirable or the willingness to acquire knowledge in SAP-based BALIMA in the short term Further requirements: Ability to Economic Thinking and Acting, Cooperation and Teamwork Reliability, persuasion and negotiation skills safe occurrence and ability to work quickly into changing tasks Car driver's license (class B) and willingness to predominantly planable, partly full-day journeys (also as a self-driver)
