As part of our group-wide IT organization, you take responsibility for the smooth IT operation at the St. Leon-Rot site. You are the first contact point for our employees and ensure that our IT infrastructure works reliably.

First and second level support for our employees on site and remote Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows clients and mobile devices Set up and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Analysis and Fixing Hard and Software Disorders Local network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN, printer, conference technology) Onboarding new employees (workplace setup, permissions, hardware provision) Documentation of IT processes Support for IT projects and rollouts

Graduated training in IT (e.g. specialist (m/w/d) system integration) or comparable qualification Professional experience in IT support Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard hardware Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory Basic knowledge of network technology Service-oriented, structured and independent operation Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
