What began with the establishment of a small building material and coal trade, developed into a group of approximately 1,000 employees in 9 construction centres, 2 concrete plants, 2 freight forwarders and 12 mining markets with garden centers in northern Germany. We are talking about everything related to homework, renovations, gardening and repairs. We support our customers through a competent consultation with their DIY and garden projects. In the training we offer you a varied entry into the trade and give you everything important to ensure that you can quickly take responsibility. In addition to the technical advice of the customers, you also take over business tasks of the goods industry and administration. You take over the goods disposition and monitor the flow of goods. The inventory management, the planning and organisation of sales and processes are also part of your activities.

A prerequisite for this training is the middle school degree. You are reliable, motivated and curious about the activity in retail. In addition, you have fun dealing with customers and no bareness to approach them with your friendly being.

As a family business, we offer a relaxed working atmosphere, an open-minded team and an appraisal approach. The training lasts 3 years, under certain conditions you can shorten it to 2.5 years. You get insights into all departments, are supported by experienced instructors and benefit from internal and external training.
