• Telephone and written support of existing and new customers
• Own care of customer and product data in our ERP system odoo (e.g. CRM, product master data, price lists)
• Active support of the sales / management in the daily business (e.g. for scheduling, offering strategies, presentation creation and internal voting)
• Creation of reports and evaluations (e.g. sales statistics)
• Close cooperation and support of our marketing (e.g. in product campaigns, promotions, trade fair planning and in the creation of newsletters and blogs)
• Care and further development of our sales tools incl. Contact function for the team
• General administrative tasks in sales

• Closed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial man/woman, office man/woman, etc.)
• Professional experience in sales services or customer service
