Planning, implementation and further development of practical training contents Transfer of basics and advanced knowledge in IT infrastructure, network technology, servers, cloud, security & troubleshooting Individual support of trainees including regular one-on-ones Learning & technical understanding & promoting a professional learning environment and solution-oriented working Accompanying the interim and final examinations and the final projects Creation of training plans and documentation Coordination of practice assignments in specialist departments Planning of learning modules, workshops and learning units Close cooperation with HR, executives and technical teams Agreement with the vocational school and the IHK, participation in training events Supporting our community management
