IT System Administrator Infrastructure Focus on Telecommunications/CTI (m/f/d)

Your tasks with us: IT administration and system operation: You operate and manage the active and passive infrastructure of the telephone system, the terminals and the CTI software used for our employees. In addition, you are responsible for the support and operation of our Contact Center solutions and create a concept for introducing a hybrid TK system. Helpdesk and ticket processing: You process IT requests concerning telephony as well as other infrastructural products, conduct independent error analyses for hardware and software, implement appropriate solution measures and provide competent support to users in all questions. Monitoring, system availability and emergency management: You implement and monitor proactive monitoring systems, react promptly to system alarms, create and maintain emergency plans for system-critical failures and plan maintenance work to minimize downtime while ensuring availability and IT security of the telephone system. Documentation and Knowledge Management: You continuously document the telephony-specific expertise, collect all administrative processes and ensure the availability and traceability of the expertise for the entire team. Technical procedures: You supervise the procedures and servers of a decernate.

Take this with you: Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, IT Management OR very well completed IT training with multi-year, relevant professional experience. Knowledge and experience: experience in supporting telephone systems and operating CTI software. Ideally, you already have experience in project and network work.
