Business Application Analyst (m/w/d) for Customer and Master Data Systems

You are responsible for the entire life cycle management of applications You analyze, specify new ideas and requirements for the further development of applications in your area of competence You develop solutions, tune them with the stakeholders, plan and control the implementation independently You drive continuous improvement measures, among others, to increase performance, production stability, user-friendliness in applications proactively You coordinate test activities and bug fixes in the application and ensure communication to users You ensure high data quality and ensure a current documentation situation in the applications You are responsible for the commercial and regulatory framework within your jurisdiction. You work closely with various specialist departments, IT experts, software manufacturers and IT service providers You are a searched contact point for user questions, guide knowledge transfer and, if necessary, User training through You implement application parameters independently and work with you in projects You accompany regulatory enquiries for your area of competence

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or have a comparable qualification You have ideally already gained professional experience as a Business Application Analyst / IT Business Analyst or in similar positions and already supervised “Querschnittsysteme”, such as a CRM, archive system or a master data system It is easy for you to structure technical requirements and prepare them for software development. You can at best rely on experience in the financial services industry You are an empathic team player* that actively expands its network and can communicate very well address-oriented You work quickly into new and complex facts and stand for liability and earnings orientation You act independently and committed, bring a high technical expertise with you and can develop a high understanding of the technical processes and needs You have a very pronounced analytical thinking and abstraction capability
