You coordinate the dispatch processing and agree with internal interfaces; additionally support you actively in the packaging and in the preparation of sample parts for shipping The support and care of the customer portal (especially Tesla portal) is one of your tasks as well as the careful updating and management of pattern, customer and shipping data with increasing volumes You support the coordination between pattern logistics, sales and product marketing, prepare product and pattern information for internal and external enquiries and work with the processing of customer-related sample enquiries As part of your activity, you accompany the digitization of sample processes in coordination with the departments, support the optimization of existing processes and create independent evaluations as well as overviews, for example in Excel The application is done in product marketing (approximately 10–15 hours/week) and in addition in pattern logistics on site (approximately 5–10 hours/week, typically Thursdays and Fridays), working closely with different interface areas

You study logistics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course As part of your studies, you will pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree First knowledge in SAP as well as safe handling of MS Excel are of advantage You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You are ideally available for use of about 20 hours per week and at least six months
