IT system administrator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the support and further development of our entire IT infrastructure (cloud, networks, terminals, databases). You ensure a stable, secure and efficient IT operation. You install, configure and manage IT equipment and software solutions. You manage user accounts, licenses and access rights. You manage and develop our IT system landscape (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Zoho Suite and other tools). You support our employees by phone, remote or on site. You plan and realize IT projects, rollouts, updates and system migrations. You test new hardware and software solutions and accompany their integration into the ongoing operation. You implement IT security measures and monitor their compliance. You're figuring and pleading IT documentation.

Completed IT training (teacher, HTL, FH, university) or comparable professional experience. At least 3 years of experience in system administration. Very good knowledge of the Windows client environment and Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of server, network and database structures. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and the Zoho Suite are beneficial. High service orientation and communication strength. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
