As a team leader or team leader for project and product management, you lead a friendly and competent team of speakers and specialists. You support and motivate your team to contribute to the success of the fund finance in a positive working environment. You are responsible for the further development of the various insurance sectors in cooperation with the departmental and departmental management and supports strategic and sales topics You develop the processes in the field, question existing and support us in innovation. You'll create your own decision templates, concept designs and presentations. You have successfully completed your training or studies in the insurance sector and have already gained relevant professional experience, also in sales. You have been able to gain first experience in the management of your team and attach great importance to the motivation and further development of your team. You are thrilled with the market and have a sense of trends and action options. You have a safe appearance, are an organizational talent and score with your precision and conscience. Methodology competence is familiar to you and so it is easy for you to prepare and conduct workshops and discussions.
