In the Diversityer gGmbH, more than 400 primary and 70 volunteers promote and maintain about 1450 people with mental impairment or mental disability. In more than 40 offers in the areas of work, living, family and leisure at 30 locations in Schwerin, we help them to lead an individually designed and self-determined life. The motives of our work are the idea of inclusion, our corporate values and the desire to allow equal participation to each person. The daily groups of the Diversities gGmbH offer participation in social life for 60 people who are severely affected or are susceptible to behaviour within a daily structure. Together with a second group management, you support six adults with disabilities. You are structuring processes, but you can also handle spontaneous situations?
