You want to create growth – for customers, brands and our agency? As a (Senior) New Business & Growth Manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in developing our customer portfolio and positioning JOM in the market. Your clear focus is on the strategic acquisition of new customers and the distribution of modern media and creative solutions.

Strategic new customer acquisition: You identify relevant prospects, analyze market potentials and develop targeted speech and growth concepts. Marketing innovative communication solutions: You present and sell our crossmedia products – from attentive online special formats to CTV to digital out-of-home creations. Pitch & Consulting at decision-making level: Together with our teams, you develop tailor-made offers and guide potential customers through the entire pitch and sales process. Network setup & representation: You build a strong network in the region, represent JOM on industry events and use social selling (e.g. LinkedIn) for lead generation. Performance Tracking & Pipeline Control: You document and optimize your activities data-based via our CRM system.

Multiannual experience in New Business, Business Development or Sales – ideally in the agency, media or marketer environment. Strong understanding of modern communication solutions, especially digital media and content-driven campaigns. Sovereign appearance at decision-making level and strong consulting competence. Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and desire to actively shape growth. Safe handling of CRM tools, presentation software and social selling(e.g. LinkedIn).
