From land acquisition, planning and realization to asset management, we take over the entire life cycle of the property. Our commercial and technical real estate management is responsible for the ownership of commercial and residential properties. We are looking for a qualified and responsible FINANCIAL CONTENTS (m/w/d) at the next time in full time or part time.

Current accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts) for several companies Examination, confirmation and booking of building and project-related input accounts (architects, GU, subcontractors, specialist planners) Implementation of bank, intercompany and account arrangements Preparation and cooperation in annual financial statements by HGB Accountant accompaniment of rents, operating costs and property costs for existing objects clarification of accounts and cooperation with tax advisors and auditors Cooperation in the optimization and standardization of accounting processes

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in (financial) accounting, ideally in the context of project development, real estate or group of companies with many companies such as the shipping industry Safe handling of common accounting software and MS Office Understanding HGB, Intercompany Relationships and Final Requirements Structured, precise and careful operation Teamability, discretion and responsibility You like to work in the office and prefer personal exchange in the team German knowledge at C1 level
