Production Master Woodworking (m/f/d)

As a production master, you lead the team in raw sarg production and plan the daily personnel deployment so that all work steps run efficiently and on time. After a working-in phase, you actively work in the production process: from cutting to milling and gluing work to grinding, as well as professional assembly of beards and components. You make sure that quality, precision and a clean production flow are guaranteed at all times. Your tasks include the shift, model, holiday and capacity planning, with which you can ensure optimal utilization and a structured production process. You’re prudent to all relevant ERP data – including work certificates, feedback, times and product master files – and thus ensure transparency and reliable production control. In addition, you will check material stocks, coordinate delivery and control the receipt of goods to ensure continuous supply of production. You take care of the optimal use and maintenance of the plants and actively participate in process optimizations as well as the setting of presetting times to further develop production in a sustainable manner.

If you have experience in industrial woodworking and machine room processes – and if a safe, precise and economically thoughtful handling of production machines is just as important as a clean, high-quality operation – then you are perfectly suited to us. You communicate clearly, guide and motivate your team with responsibility and enforcing power and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Loadability, organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach are your strengths, as well as the desire to develop yourself personally and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. An instructor certificate (AEVO) is of advantage – or you bring the willingness to acquire this timely. Also important is your safe handling of ERP systems and your willingness to actively participate in production in order to develop processes together with the team and advance continuous improvements.
