Power Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

You accompany the development of a competence center (CoE) for the Microsoft Power Platform and actively shape its technical orientation from the start. You design and realize first automation solutions and apps with Power Automate and Power Apps to show the added value of the platform in the company. Together with the CoE core team, you define and implement governance structures and processes (e.g. guidelines, development and operating standards) so that the Power Platform is safely, compliant and efficient. You develop workflows, apps, and reusable templates and ensure their integration into the existing system landscape. You take over the administrative support of the power-platform environment (e.g. management of environments, data connections, connectors and DLP policies) and ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety standards. You act as a technical expert, provide advice and support in solution development, carry out code reviews and promote knowledge sharing within the growing low-code/no-code community. You work closely with the Data Science and AI team as well as other stakeholders, identify automation potentials and ensure that power-platform solutions are seamlessly integrated into business processes.

You bring multi-year experience in the development with the Microsoft Power Platform – in particular Power Automate (flow development) and Power Apps (Canvas and ideally model-driven apps). You know the best practices, governance and technical environment of the Power Platform. You have a well-founded knowledge of workflow and app development and have experience in integrating data sources and APIs (e.g. SQL, SharePoint, Azure Services). You are characterized by an analytical and structured way of working. You can quickly capture complex business processes and translate them into efficient low-code solutions. You are a team player with strong communication skills. It is fun to share your knowledge and inspire colleagues in the possibilities of the Power Platform. You bring a “Hands-on-Mentiality” with you and are proactively addressing new challenges. You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
