SAP Inhouse Consultant - Commercial Property Management (m/w/d) For our IT department, we are looking for an SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) for commercial real estate management at the next possible time.

Support and develop systems: You ensure the stable operation of our SAP applications based on S/4HANA (Release 2023) and continuously develop them. In commercial real estate management (KIM), use RE FX as well as the templates Aareon Blue Eagle and KKM (CRM). Support areas: Design and coordinate the implementation of value-generating SAP solutions – e.g. for the rental of our residential properties and our customer service. Promote document management with DOKU@WEB: The implementation of new requirements and optimizations of existing solutions and the integration into SAP processes are in good hands with you. Control projects and processes: With a strong focus on efficiency and usability, you can optimize our KIM processes as well as the tenant communication. In addition, you plan and coordinate diverse IT projects from conception to go-life. Support and quality ensure: You take over or organize the support for the solutions you have developed and accompany our key users in system changes. For developments by external service providers, you coordinate the assignments and ensure the quality of the results. Developing knowledge management and innovations: You create training concepts, perform training and ensure a sustainable knowledge transfer. At all, your own ideas are always welcome, especially with regard to the possibilities of using AI in your area of responsibility.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. For your versatile tasks as SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) at GAG, you can use your extensive practical experience with complex SAP applications. In addition, you have very good knowledge of the RE-FX SAP modules as well as ideally the Aareon BlueEagle template and also have experiences in the FI/CO module as well as working with SAP S4/Hana. You are professionally versed in both IT requirement management and IT project management. You think networked and combine this ability with an independent, structured and careful way of working. With your good communication skills and a high service orientation, your colleagues from IT as well as all other employees in the GAG's large team will delight you.
