You actively shape the target of the IT Change Management and develop procedures in accordance with our IT strategy. Take into account the compliance of regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001 or BSI) and adhere to ITIL 4 best practices. You take control of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure the consistent implementation of defined change processes. Planned and carried out changes are prepared in reports and provide a trans­parent communication to all parties. You train or advise specialist areas in dealing with the change management process and promote the confession for changes in IT.

You have a degree in IT management / project management or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge with ITIL and have practical experience in building and controlling IT-Change management processes. At best, you have already been able to gain insight into project management and process modelling, e.g. with BPMN. You think analytic, work structured and communicate complex content clearly and concisely. You bring reliable knowledge of German, team spirit and the ability to develop further.
