You examine tendering and contract documents relating to opportunities and risk potential and the development of appropriate measures. In the development of partnership models (PreCon) you support the contractual development and advise the offer team and support the creation of supply and contract documents. Supporting the project team to set up project contract management is one of your tasks. You develop strategies for enforcement or Protection of claims against our client and our subcontractors Your profile You have acquired a successfully completed civil engineering degree and preferably knowledge of the building contract law. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the construction industry. In addition, you have an analytical ability to think and have the pleasure of investigating contractual issues.
