Location: Raunheim or bingen am Rhein

Do you want to use your experience as a leadership to strengthen teams, actively shape change processes and shape the future of our sites? In this role, you are responsible for the regional IT transformation in three countries (Germany, Poland, Slovakia) and ensure that our production and management areas receive exactly the support You need to be successful.

Your role in our team You build bridges between strategy, people and technology You develop a deep understanding of our business processes and accompany leadership teams as a trusting partner in change and decision-making processes. As a central interface, you bring different stakeholders together, moderate priorities and ensure that initiatives are strategically promoted.

You control regional transformation initiatives with clear leadership You coordinate the initiation, prioritization and resource allocation of regional and local projects - in line with company-wide standards and global KPIs. For transparency, clarity and targeted implementation, you ignore the borders of the country.

You are responsible for budgets and provide orientation You plan and tax operational and investment budgets, work closely with the departments and ensure sustainable decisions.

You drive further development and innovation ahead You recognize organizational and processive improvement potentials, promote continuous development and strengthen our digital performance in the long term.

Your profile Leadership with development potential Multiannual experience in technology- or process-related roles, ideally with first leadership or project responsibility. Experience in the collaboration or management of change or optimization initiatives, preferably in the production or distribution environment.

Structured thinking & priority setting You are able to structure complex topics, to derive priorities and to constructively accompany decisions. Knowledge about IT landscapes or ERP systems is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary - the focus is on leadership and control competence.

Communication and stakeholder competence You communicate clearly and addressably and work safely with different contacts. You promote a solution-oriented and cooperative cooperation.

Self-motivated, reliable and practical. German knowledge at least on C1 level, good English knowledge in word and writing. readiness for international missions (< 20 %).
