Whether it is about introducing new credit card products, changes in the price structure or questions about technology and service processes – with your strong service orientation help You continue to the supervised institutes quickly, competently and solution-oriented. For other specialist departments in our house you are internal: contact person: in case of questions concerning the supervised institutions. You work in cross-departmental projects, for example in the implementation of new regulatory requirements and the introduction of new products. You work with the development and implementation of new processes, identify potential improvements in existing processes and implement them.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in customer support (B2B or end customers), like in the banking and/or Savings banks Embossed customer and service orientation as well as a friendly and eager appearance Experience in process and quality management combined with a very good technical understanding and pronounced analytical skills Structured and solution-oriented working methods and ideally project experience Very good, reliable German (C2) and good English skills
