Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the material availability of the assigned material groups

• Collection of offers and creation of price comparisons

• Support for contract negotiations with suppliers

• Installation and maintenance of material master data in SAP

• Ensuring smooth purchase processing, including monitoring of delivery dates

• Creation of purchase-relevant statistics

• Close coordination with adjacent departments

• Strategic purchasing responsibility for defined product groups

• Monitoring and analysis of national and international procurement markets

• Identification, construction and further development of suppliers

• Identification and implementation of cost reduction potentials in cooperation with other specialist departments and suppliers

• Continuous optimization of shopping processes

• Implementation of contract and price negotiations

• Creation of price forecasts and acquisition of internal key figures

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Successfully completed technical or commercial training

• First professional experience in procurement

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting combined with good technical understanding

• Safe and result-oriented appearance

• Very good MS Office knowledge and ideally practical experience in handling SAP

• Teamability and reliability as well as careful working

• Good English knowledge of word and writing

• Successfully completed business or technical studies or completed training with a further training to the technical farmer or technical specialist

• Professional experience in strategic purchasing

• Negotiating skills, strong technical understanding and a quick understanding
