Your main tasks: support in the planning and implementation of digitalization projects within the district administration,

co- and co-operation with digitalization projects - here the focus is on the comprehensive introduction and support of online appointments within the district administration, Insert and maintain the E-Acts / DMS (enaio), e.g. • cooperation in the design, planning and implementation of the E-Akte/DMS introduction into the organizational units of the circular administration, • Adjustment and configuration of file plans and templates; • Introduction of workflows, • interface work with software manufacturers, project management and specialist departments, • Poweruser function and application support, • Training. Certificate management, e.g. • central management of digital certificates for the management of the circle, • Requests, extensions and withdrawals of certificates (e.g. for e-mail encryption, digital signature, access to specialist procedures), • cooperation with external certification bodies (Trust Center), • Documentation and monitoring of deadlines for renewal or renewal. Coordination between administration, IT and external service providers,creating documentation, presentations and training materials.

Take this with you: The training as a specialist for system integration, application development, data and process analysis or digital networking (in this case the grouping into the 10 TVöD pay group) or the training for the and/or the managerial staff* and the successful completion of the second employee training course (in this case the grouping into the pay group 9c TVöD) or a completed degree course in Computer Science, Administration (Public Adminstration), Administration Informatics, Business Informatics or an equivalent degree course with administrative experience. In the case of a degree from the IT field, the grouping into the pay group 10 TVöD takes place; in the case of a degree in the field of administration, the grouping into the pay group 9c TVöD takes place. You are welcome to have relevant professional experience, and experience in the implementation of digitalisation projects in the public sector. You ideally have knowledge of the basics of the E-Government (e.g. OZG, Data Protection), extensive experience in E-Akten-Using - if possible with the DMS “enaio” - as well as a safe handling of the common MS-Office products. You have high IT affinity, interest in digital topics and in the further development of public services. You have a safe handling of digital tools, are innovative and open to new technologies. In addition, you have a creative mindset and are open to new approaches. You are capable of communication, cooperation and implementation in conjunction with a secure occurrence and persuasion. You are prepared to perform independently and independently tasks. You are service-oriented, reliable, show self-initiative and have a quick understanding.
