Technical and operational management of Haustechnik Ensuring the smooth operation of all technical installations and equipment Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance, maintenance and repair work Control and control of external service providers and craft businesses Organisation and implementation of infrastructural tasks (e.g. winter service, maintenance of outdoor facilities) Support for internal events (including technical preparation and support) Further development of processes in the field of home technology and building management Compliance and implementation of safety, environmental and occupational safety requirements Documentation and tracking of maintenance and testing measures

Complete training in a technical or craft occupation (e.g. electrical, building technology) Multiannual professional experience in the field of home technology, ideally with first leadership experiences Training for fire protection officers or occupational safety specialist is desirable Embossed technical understanding and craftsmanship Organisational strength and structured functioning High self-responsibility, reliability and problem-solving competence as well as team skills Safe handling of MS Office Driving licence class B, fork certificate is desirable
