In the Mother-Vater-Kind-Haus up to 15 mothers/fathers, according to §19 SGB VIII, who are not able to live with their children in their own housing due to their previous living conditions.

As an employee in the home sector of our facility, you are responsible for: Support and guidance of residents in the area of catering / food preparation, if necessary complete takeover of activities. Support and guidance of residents in the area of cleaning and cleansing their apartments as well as laundry care, if necessary complete takeover of the activities. Preparation of common meals with residents and the completion of necessary food purchases according to a weekly plan. Pre- and post-processing of festivals as well as the seasonal decoration in the house and flower care. Documentation of labour-relevant facts about residents. Cooperation with the pedagogical team and participation in service meetings.

We are looking for a dedicated, independent, innovative and curious colleague, with the willingness to engage in people and their individual life models. You ideally have a training in the field of home affairs or similar qualifications. You have the pleasure of doing business. Flexibility and load-bearing capacity for work with families and children is one of Your strengths. You have at best experience in dealing with mothers and fathers who bring a stressful biography and have a good sense of proximity and distance. You have an empathic, communicative appearance. You are able to work structuredly and initiate and accompany processes. You are collaborative and responsible. You are dedicated, can work independently, are curious and are happy to work in the team. The work with mothers/ fathers and their children prepares them joy. You have good German skills.
